Janis Bonner has advised: “4th in, on the back row, is my mother Margaret Tilley ( nee Pearson) dressed as a gypsy girl. She will have been about 15/16 years old which dates the photograph circa 1946/47. She has a copy of this somewhere. I’ll ask her if she remembers the names of the others.” Janis Bonner can now assist again: “My Mother Margaret recognised some of her fellow fancy dressers! Back row: Dennis Codling, Margery Lofthouse, Eileen May, Margaret Pearson, Lorna Chipchase ,Peggy Garner, Mr. Tart (Youth Leader) Image courtesy of Loftus Youth Club, thanks to Janis Bonner (and her mother Margaret Tilley) for the updates.
