If my identification is correct then this gathering looks like a gathering of dignitaries from the various local authorities and the date must be before 1974, when the U.D.C.s were abolished. It is possible that Bob might be able to supply additional names.” The Archive will ensure Bob Brunger has sight of hopefully improved image and assist in other identification; the Archive also believes that the lady to the right of Bob Brunger is Audrey Collins.
